Dr. Noam Perlmuter
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Noam Perlmuter is the Chief Executive Officer in Rotec since 2009. He brings over 20 years’ experience in various aspects of the global water treatment industry; sales and marketing, business development, projects management, entrepreneurship and leading R&D from Idea to product.
Dr. Perlmuter holds B.Sc. in Biology, an M.Sc in Ecology and Environmental Quality and a Ph.D. in Eco-toxicology, all from the Life Sciences Faculty at the Tel-Aviv University.
Noam started his career as a manager at Al-Chem – consulting and engineering services Ltd. He continued his R&D work as a project manager of a joint development program between Tel Aviv University and Israeli Water Commission, developing early warning system for neuro-toxic chemicals detection in water based on bio-monitoring techniques. In 2007 he was appointed as the CTO of a company engaged in water treatment related projects, and was in charge of R&D division as well as technical support for all the marketing activities in Israel and abroad.
Prof. Jack Gilron
Chief Scientist, Inventor
Dr. Jack Gilron is Chief Scientist and a Co-Founder of Rotec.
Dr. Gilron holds a B.A. in Chemistry from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, an M.Sc. in Physical Chemistry from Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y. and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel.
Eng. Dan Peled
Chief Technology Officer
Eng. Dan serves as CTO of ROTEC.
Dan holds a B.Sc. in Environmental Engineering from the Technion, Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel.
He has more than 10 years of experience in process engineering, pilot system operation and deep knowledge in advanced water treatment technologies.
Eng. Noam Nemesh
Projects & engineering support manager - North America
Eng. Noam Nemesh is a mechanical engineer, serving today as ROTEC’s projects & engineering support manager for the North America markets.
Noam holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Afeka Academic College for Engineering, Israel.
Under his responsibility all aspects of systems manufacturing, installation and field operation.
Prior to ROTEC, Noam held various roles in the water industry as VP engineering in AST-Clean Water technologies, as CCO in ROTEC and WellToDo and as project leader in Mekorot. Noam brings over 12 years of experience in all the engineering aspects related to the design, manufacturing, and installation of water and wastewater treatment systems engineering. Noam is also well experience in process design, pilot/demo system operation, system integration, project managing and has deep knowledge in various advance water treatment technologies.
Eng. Ram Zohar
Chief Mechanical Engineer
Eng. Ram Zohar serves as Chief Mechanical Engineer of ROTEC.
Ram holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Afeka Academic College for Engineering, Israel.
Hold 10 years of experience in Desalination, Water and wastewater systems mechanical engineering, manufacturing, Process design, purchasing & on site works.
Eng. Tomer Osman serves as Process Engineer at ROTEC.
Previously, Tomer served as a process engineer at GES Ltd.
Tomer holds B.Sc. degree in Water Industry Engineering, graduated Cum Laude, from the School
of Engineering at Kinneret Academic College, Israel.
Eng. Tomer Osman serves as Process Engineer at ROTEC. Previously, served as a process engineer at GES Ltd. focusing on the design, commission and maintenance of RO & UP water plants and wastewater treatment pilots. Tomer has an experience as O&M engineer in commissioning and initialization of complex pilots for water/waste water treatment systems.
Tomer holds B.Sc. degree in Water Industry Engineering, graduated Cum Laude, from the School of Engineering at Kinneret Academic College, Israel.
